Preparations for the IV National Working Meeting of Indonesian Provincial Bappeda

Balikpapan, 15/2/13. Head of Bappeda East Kalimantan Province, DR.Ir. Rusmadi.MS chaired the preparation meeting for the Association's IV National Working Meeting Bappeda Provinces throughout Indonesia together with the Head of the Regional Development Assessment and Financing Division, Bappeda Kaltim, Ir.H. Djoko Susilo Handono and West Java Province Bappeda, Diding Wahyudi, S.Si., M.Si in the VVIP Ching Palace Meeting Room, first floor of the Gran Senyiur Hotel, Jl. ARS Muhammad No.7 Balikpapan, East Kalimantan Province.

Approximately sixty people attended the meeting, consisting of all committees within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, the Joint Secretariat, the DKI Provincial Bappeda, the East Java Provincial Bappeda, and the relevant Balikpapan City Government, including the Head of the Balikpapan City Bappeda, the Head of the Balikpapan City Youth, Sports and Tourism Service, the Balikpapan City Disperindakop, Balikpapan Police.

The presentation of the preparations for the IV National Working Meeting of the Indonesian Provincial Bappeda Association was delivered by the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, DR.Ir.H. Rusmadi.MS, among others, conveyed the results of the visit of the Secretariat to the Ministry on Wednesday, 13 February 2013 in the context of clarifying the sources at the event, including:
1. The Minister of National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas will be present, along with several deputies and companions (the estimated number attending is around 9 people). Protocol team (2 people) present H-1. Contact person, Mrs. Nadya – 08568505678;
2. Coordinating Minister for the Economy, assigned Deputy V for Regional Development Infrastructure (Mr Luky Eko). The estimated number of people who will attend is 3 people. (Contact person: Cici's mother - 0815 8968298, 021 3511462);
3. The Minister of Finance, according to TU Leadership, will assign the Director General of Financial Balance. The confirmation will be conveyed on Monday. February 18, 2013;
4. Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of Tourism, there has been no definite confirmation from the Secretary of State;
5. The replacement speaker who is scheduled to attend is the Deputy Governor of DKI, Mr. Ir. Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, MM. Presentation Material : Regional Heads' Hopes for Bappeda, Bappenas, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Finance, in Making a World Class Metropolitan City and Anchor of Indonesia's Development. Confirmation of Invitation Letter

The Invitation Letter from the Chairman of the Association was delivered on Date. 13 February 2013 and received directly by Bappeda as many as 25 people, while via email it was conveyed to all provinces throughout Indonesia, namely 33 Provinces.
