T IM Bappenas together with Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan Conduct a Working Visit (Kunker) in Penajam Regency 1B._OKE_MUHAMMAD_HUSENTH_2015Kec The work visit team began to get very good from the host which began with picking up at the Semayang Port to travel through the Spedbood that has been prepared by the Penajam Regency Government to the port of the Chevron company in Penajam. Arriving at the port was immediately welcomed by the PPU Regent Expert Staff and PPU Regency Bappeda officials to travel to the Babulu District Office in order to hold a meeting between the East Kalimantan Province Bappenas - Bappeda Team and the PPU Regency Government together with the community totaling approximately 50 people, Wednesday, 10/22/14. </p> <p> During the meeting the Babulu Sub -District stated that the data of agricultural landowners, mostly farmers based on KTP to be proposed in land certification in the Regional Agrarian Reform Program (Proda) as many as 211 fields/parcels of land have been based on Bay Name Bay Adres or all the requirements have reached 75%. </p> <p> The PPU Regency Government, especially the Babulu Sub -District Head, which is the location of the agricultural land to be certified, strongly supports this program in order to ease the burden on the community for the management of agricultural land certificates. </p> <p> While the delivery of remarks or presentations from the Directorate of Spatial Planning and Land, the Ministry of PPN/Bappenas, Oke Muhammad Husen stated that the consistency of the data proposed by the regional government to the central government was very important and the deadline specified at the meeting tomorrow during the coordination meeting of the regional agrarian program (checking the list of beneficiaries of the beneficiaries of the East Kalimantan Province) which will be attended Ars Mohammad Number 7 Balikpapan. </p> <p> The central government strongly encourages this program by wanting all land in the regions to be certified not only through this Proda program, it can also be with the initiative of the community itself. The main target in this Proda program is certainly for the poor or underprivileged and the Proda program for the 2015 fiscal year proposal. </p> <p> While the Head of Government and Apparatus of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Siti Sugiyanti, SE., M.Si conveyed the hopes and enthusiasm of the community in Babulu District to support the Proda program, it is unfortunate if this relations are passed because when taking care of themselves so much time and costs will come out.
