Evaluation of Samarinda City Ranperda
Monday, August 23, 2021. The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan through the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda conducted an evaluation of the Regional Regulation on the Samarinda City RPJMD in 2021-2026 virtually.
This activity was opened by the Head of PPE2D Rina Juliaty and was attended by the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Planning Division, the Regional Apparatus of East Kalimantan Province, and the Samarinda City Government elements.
Evaluation of this Ranperda is carried out to test compatibility with the RPJMN, Provincial RPJMD, Samarinda City RPJPD, Samarinda City RTRW, public interest and or higher laws and regulations.
In his direction Rina said the output of this evaluation was a Decree of the Governor of East Kalimantan regarding the results of the evaluation of the Draft Perda on the Regency/City RPJMD in 2021-2026 as material for refinement of the RPJMD Regional Regulation.
