"The East Kalimantan Province BPBD Regional Apparatus Forum was held to obtain input and synergize in aligning the East Kalimantan BPBD Work Plan in disaster mitigation and management efforts in East Kalimantan Province," said the Head of BPBD Implementation.

"To pay attention, the planning process is currently integrated in the Regional Development Information System (SIPD), so that when preparing plans for the Regional Apparatus (BPBD Kaltim) in the SIPD it is necessary to understand it well and always refer to the RPJMD so that there is harmony in the planning documents to synergize in Mitigation and Disaster Management in East Kalimantan Province," the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda explained in front of the meeting participants present. live and virtual.

At the end of the presentation, Prof. Aswin hopes that the BPBD of East Kalimantan Province can improve coordination between Regional Apparatus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government so that there can be synergy in disaster management, such as cooperation with the PUPR Service in the use of Heavy Equipment, Social Services in the Use of Emergency Tents, etc.
