Evaluation Meeting on Budget Absorption for May 2025 and Activity Adjustment Plan for June 2025
Samarinda - Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Yusliando, directly chaired the May 2025 budget absorption evaluation meeting which was held today, Tuesday (28/5).
The meeting which took place in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Meeting Room was also attended by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Saur Parsaoran, as well as all leadership elements within the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda.
The main agenda of the meeting was to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of budget absorption as of the 28th May 2025. This evaluation is an important basis for determining strategic steps in the implementation of future activities, to ensure that budget use can run optimally according to targets.
In his direction, Yusliando emphasized the importance of the role of each head of division to pay close attention to the results of the evaluation and immediately prepare activity action plans for July 2025. This is expected to support the optimization of program and activity implementation until the end of July 2025. future.
