RDTR Determination Consolidation Coordination Meeting
Samarinda, 07 June 2021, 14.00 WITA. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, represented by the regional infrastructure sector, attended in person and online (virtual meeting) the consolidation meeting for the determination of the RDTR held by the Directorate General of Regional Development, Ministry of Home Affairs. This activity was attended by Bina Bangda Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of ATR/BPN, as well as a number of invited Regional Government representatives. Meanwhile, regional officials in East Kalimantan Province who attended were from the East Kalimantan Province PUPR Service.
Director of Synchronization of Regional Government Affairs, Directorate General of Regional Development, Ir Edison Siagian, ME in his presentation conveyed the Government's policy to accelerate the completion of 57 RDTR OSS based on SE Minister of Home Affairs No.050/1707/SJ dated 21 February 2020; The progress report on the preparation and determination of 18 RTRW and 57 RDTR OSS is based on the Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs No.188.34/1877/Bangda dated 24 April 2020 and the Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs No.188.34/2526/Bangda dated 25 June 2020; It is hoped that the Regional Government's commitment to determining the OSS RDTR will be no later than June 11 2021.
The Minister of ATR has circulated a circular to determine the RDTR OSS to be determined no later than June 11 2021, and if this deadline is not met, then the RTRW and RDTR will be determined by the applicable regulations of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and the National Land Agency. If there are still improvements, it is hoped that you can send a letter again to approve the substance again.
