Preparatory Meeting for Evaluation of the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform
Balikpapan, 16 June 2021, 09.00 WITA. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province attended the preparatory meeting for the evaluation of the implementation of bureaucratic reform which was held at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Balikpapan City. This event was opened by the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province.
The aim of the evaluation is to create a bureaucracy that is clean, accountable, capable, capable of providing excellent public services, as well as providing suggestions for improvements in order to improve the quality of bureaucratic reform within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
The 2020 East Kalimantan Provincial Government Bureaucratic Reform Index was 68.10 with category "B". Various recommendations for improvement from the results of the previous year's evaluation have not been fully implemented by the East Kalimantan Provincial Government so there has not been optimal progress in their implementation. However, in the future, the East Kalimantan Provincial Government will immediately improve and optimize the implementation of bureaucratic reform so that it can run more optimally.
