Provincial Bappeda Staff Meeting. East Kalimantan
Head of Bappeda for East Kalimantan Province, Mr. Yusliando, accompanied by the Secretary of Bappeda, Mr. Saur Parsaoran, led the staff meeting which was held in the meeting room of the Regional Police of Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province and attended by all ASN and Non-ASN employees of Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province, Tuesday (13/02/2024).
This activity was carried out to gather suggestions and input from all parties to increase synergy between employees at work.
In a family atmosphere, employees convey suggestions and input to improve a comfortable working atmosphere.
Mr Yusliando noted and also responded to the suggestions and input submitted and conveyed several hopes.
"All suggestions and input that have been submitted earlier will be used as notes as evaluation material to create a better Bappeda for East Kalimantan in the future," he said in front of all meeting participants who attended.
Apart from that, he also hopes that all employees can understand their respective main duties and functions (tupoksi) and carry out their duties and responsibilities with full sense of responsibility.
Apart from that, Mr. Saur Parsauran as secretary also expressed his hope for all employees to be able to improve their personal competence in accordance with the position qualifications in the Provincial Bappeda Job Analysis (Anjab) document East Kalimantan.
