Revitalization of the East Kalimantan RPJMD in order to support the MP3EI economic transformation 2a._Ka_Bappeda_Kaltim_DR.Ir.H._Rusmadi.MS_menampaikan_presentasi_on_acr_raker_Gub_dgn_Camat_se_Kaltim_10_jan_13_webbased on the renewable economic sector was delivered by the Head of Bappeda Kaltim, DR.Ir.H. Rusmadi.MS at the Working Meeting of the Governor of East Kalimantan with District/City Heads throughout East Kalimantan in the DIKLAT meeting room of East Kalimantan Province which was attended by approximately two hundred and fifty participants and invitees.

As the moderator for the delivery of material for the second session was Assistant I for Government Affairs Aji Sayid Fathur Rahman with two resource persons, the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda and Prof. Riyanto who delivered the Food Estate and Rice Estate program for East Kalimantan Province.

The East Kalimantan Bappeda was very enthusiastic and conveyed various development programs for East Kalimantan Province, both those that have been implemented and future development planning programs in order to increase the development of East Kalimantan.

The enthusiasm of the participants was very good in this second session with many participants providing various responses both in the form of input or suggestions and in the form of requests for increased development in their respective regions.

Among them, the sub-district head from Sandaran, East Kutai expressed his hope for the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to help in the education sector, especially in the repair and construction of school buildings in the Sandaran Kutim District area, and received a response from the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda "that the most important thing is that data from the Regency is included and proposed by the Regent to the Governor of East Kalimantan in the form of financial assistance, and also copied to the East Kalimantan Bappeda. Submission of data is very important as evidence in proposing programs and activities".

While the sub-district head from Kaliorang District, East Kutai Regency expressed concern about the negative impact on the community if KIPI Maloy had been implemented, the sub-district head said that his community had become backward after the existence of KIPI Maloy. This also received a response from the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, namely "the Sangkulirang community in particular will certainly benefit a lot from economic activities after KIPI Maloy operates well".
