The meeting schedule which originally started from 14.00 WITA to 16.00 WITA turned out to be inappropriate because there were still many discussions on various programs and activities that were very important to be discussed so the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda asked for time again to continue the meeting, and before that he had time to take a break for 15 minutes. , in order to give all meeting participants time to perform Asr prayers, then the meeting continued again to discuss the initial draft of the East Kalimantan RPJMD for 2013 - 2018.

During the discussion of the initial draft meeting for the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD, it turned out that there were many responses because within that time period, the East Kalimantan Development Planning administratively had seen the expansion of the North Kalimantan Province so that disaggregated data was needed, specifically for the East Kalimantan region, to support the development program.

After completing the discussion on the initial draft of the 2013-2018 RPJMD, it was continued with discussions on TEPPA in preparation for the TEPPA Rapim with the Governor of East Kalimantan on January 18 2013 at the East Kalimantan Province Public Works Service office, however, the time according to the planned meeting schedule did not pass. limit, the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeeda asked for more time to continue the TEPPA meeting and the meeting finished at 18.00 WITA.

The meeting participants were all Heads of Divisions, Heads of Subdivisions and Heads of Subdivisions, all operator staff in the planning field, and competent staff, totaling approximately forty people.

Each field was given the opportunity by the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda to provide input or additions in the planning of the 2014 RKPD Kaltim draft, and on this occasion the Head of the Human Resources Development Division, Drs.
