The holding of the sacrificial event was attended by all leaders and staff and family and also staff who had entered retirement.

Plt. Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Sc and Secretary of Bappeda East Kalimantan expressed his remarks as well as expressing a lot of thanks for the presence of all staff along with the family and who have entered the mass -devoted masses with the family, and it is expected that in the Eid al -Adha ray, which is also called the Hajj holiday or also called the day Raya Eid al -Qurban 1434 H. On Eid al -Adha 1434 H, for Muslims who can be recommended to slaughter sacrificial animals. Basically, the slaughter of sacrificial animals contains two values namely ritual piety and social piety. Ritual piety means with sacrifice, we have carried out God's commands that are transceited. Sacrifice is said to be a social piety because in addition to being a religious ritual, sacrifice also has a humanitarian dimension.

Eid al -Adha is a form of humanitarian solidarity clearly manifested in the distribution of sacrificial meat. This sacrificial order for those who are capable shows that Islam is a religion that is respectful of the poor and other dhu'afa. With the sacrifice of the sacrifice, the Muslims were trained to strengthen humanity, honing social problems, teaching mutual love for others.

Although the time of sacrificial slaughtering is limited (10-13 dzulhijjah), it should not be understood that Islam limits humanitarian solidarity. We must be able to capture the essential meaning of the message conveyed by the text, not understanding the text literally. Therefore, the spirit to continue to 'sacrifice' is always lasting after Eid al -Adha.

Now we often encounter, many Muslims are only competing to improve the quality of ritual piety without being balanced with social piety. Many Muslims are only diligent in praying, fasting even able to pilgrimage many times, but do not care about the surrounding community. A sad phenomenon. Let's make Eid al -Adha a momentum to increase two piety at once, namely ritual piety and social piety.

The sacrificial animal slaughtering ceremony from the leaders and staff of the East Kalimantan Bappeda was also attended by a lecturer from Samarinda City, Ustad Taufik Rahman and then continued with a lunch together while staying in touch between Bappeda Bappeda provinces of East Kalimantan Province, and Quban Beef Meat and Goats were handed over to the public who are entitled and to Islamic boarding schools and also to social foundations or orphans in Samarinda City.
