Bappeda Coordination Meeting Agreement in East Kalimantan 2015

Rusmadi, MS representing the Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. _ 5a._sidang_peno_pertama /> Awang Faroek Ishak delivered his remarks as well as opening the Bappeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan in 2015 with the theme

The results of the 2015 East Kalimantan Coordination Meeting agreement

1. Develop development planning consistently through the regional dimension approach that prioritizes the acceleration of the development of leading sector-based economic growth centers that are focused on increasing added value and employment opportunities, and reducing inequality between regions;

2. Complete strategic issues and development problems faced by the East Kalimantan region through the implementation of programs/activities that work together to achieve priority targets and priority development of the province of East Kalimantan and Regency/City in 2016 as described in priority programs/activities in the attached table which is an inseparable part of this agreement by taking into account regional financial capacity;

3. Preparation of Regency/City Medium -Term Development Plan (RPJMD) is guided by the National Medium -Term Development Plan (RPJMN) and the Regional Medium -Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of East Kalimantan Province, which is synergistic with the themes and issues of national and provincial development in order to achieve national, provincial and district/city development targets and targets; _ 6._Prestation_rusmadi

4. Developing excellent regional commodities that have a broad scale of economy as a future economic buffer supported by regional development -based infrastructure;

5. Allocating the sharing of funding for priority activities as agreed upon in point 2 (second) above, in the context of efforts to achieve the development target of the province of East Kalimantan and the national 2016;

6. Provincial Priority Programs/Activities that require district/city and city support are carried out by the Regency/City through the allocation of provincial financial assistance funds must be based on the results of the development planning process supported

7. Following up on the agreement of cooperation between regencies/cities in East Kalimantan in 2014 in West Kutai, and the Provincial Bappeda is expected to facilitate cooperation between regencies/cities through meetings and letters to regents/mayors to commit in the implementation of cooperation, as well as monitoring the progress of the intended cooperation;

8. Seeks to take steps to improve the performance of regional financial management through the establishment of the APBD in accordance with the specified schedule, the determination of the budget manager in January, forming an evaluation team for the acceleration of budget absorption in all districts/cities and the implementation of the auction is carried out immediately after the determination of the APBD, so that in 2016 the WTP predicate can be realized throughout the district/city;

9. Implementation of the 2015 Regency/City RKPD Musrenbang is done at the latest in the third week of March 2015 and the East Kalimantan Province RKPD Musrenbang in the first week of April 2015;

10. Agreed on the development priority program that had been mutually agreed upon to be accommodated in the 2016 Provincial RKPD and the 2016 Regency/City RKPD;

11. The 2016 East Kalimantan Bappeda Coordination Meeting will be held in Paser Regency no later than the first week of February 2016.
