Assistance to RKA-SKPD APBD East Kalimantan TA. 2016
Balikpapan, 10/28/15. The Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD) of East Kalimantan Province carried out Budget Work Plan Assistance (RKA) 
Local Government Work Unit (SKPD) East Kalimantan Province APBD for Fiscal Year 2016 in the meeting room of the Platinum Balikpapan Hotel from Monday to Saturday, 26 to 31 October 2015.
The TAPD of East Kalimantan Province consists of BAPPEDA of East Kalimantan Province, Bangda Setwilda Bureau of East Kalimantan Province, Finance Bureau of East Kalimantan Province Setwilda, East Kalimantan Province Setwilda Equipment Bureau provides assistance to all SKPDs within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government which are divided according to schedule each.
Before providing assistance to SKPDs within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, East Kalimantan Province TAPD held a meeting first to equalize perceptions between TAPDs so that one word could be obtained in providing SKPD assistance.
The TAPD briefing was delivered by the Finance Bureau and Head of the Regional Development Bureau H. Salman. L is also from Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.
In this direction, the SKPD assistant is required to attach the required documents including:
1. Minutes of the meeting resulting from the discussion of the RKA-SKPD by the Head of SKPD with the Head of Division/Head of Section/Head of Division;
2. Supporting data is in the form of a draft SKPD Strategic Plan for the 2014-2018 fiscal year;
3. List of the number of civil servant employees according to class/echelon and non-civil servants;
4. Business travel supplement;
5. Inventory list of goods (assets and consumable inventory items);
6. Inventory of buildings to be rehabilitated (if any);
7. Technical supporting data (RAB, technical specs, plan drawings, DED, handling sketches, work terms of reference);
8. List/other supporting documents required.
