West Papua Liaison Agency hearing
Monday, December 27 2021. The Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda accompanied by the Infrastructure and Regional Sector held a hearing for the West Papua Liaison Agency.
The West Papua Liaison Agency intends to coordinate related to IKN in the framework of the implementation of the All-Indonesia Liaison Agency Coordination Meeting which will be carried out by PERKAPSI (Association of All-Indonesian Liaison Offices).
The purpose of the West Papua Liaison Agency's visit to the East Kalimantan Bappeda is to hold an audience to coordinate regarding the land that will be prepared for the liaison office throughout Indonesia, especially the West Papua Province Liaison Agency at IKN Baru.< /p>
For your information, IKN will be divided into 9 PLANNING AREA SECTIONS (BWP), including: BWP KIPP (BWP 1 Core Government Center Area), BWP West IKN (BWP 2 Economic Center ), BWP IKN Selatan (BWP 3 Health Services), BWP IKN Timur (BWP 4 Tourism and Entertainment), BWP IKN Utara (BWP 5 Education Services), BWP IKN Timur II (BWP 6 Innovation and Research), BWP Simpang Samboja (BWP 7 Center for Agricultural and Logistics Industry), BWP Kuala Samboja (BWP 8 Center for Agriculture), and BWP Muara Jawa (BWP 9 Center for High Tech Industry Development).< /p>
Officially, the planning documents related to the New IKN in East Kalimantan have never been submitted, therefore more details can be coordinated with the relevant Ministries/Agencies, both the Ministry of ATR/BPN and Bappenas.
