Hearing Regarding WWF Indonesia's Work Program in East Kalimantan

Samarinda, (23/02/2021). WWF Indonesia in East Kalimantan led by Dicky Simorangkir held an audience with Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province regarding the work program.

WWF Indonesia has a vision for conservation that is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contributes to sustainable development in Indonesia, by focusing on fair natural resource governance to ensure the benefits of conservation in the future.

WWF's work location for East Kalimantan is the Mahakam river, which covers two main districts, namely West Kutai and Mahakan Ulu, Kutai Kartanegara, and Samarinda. John Land WWF from 2009 to 2021 are still involved in paying the Heart of Borneo program.

In the 2018-20223 period, WWF Indonesia has four focus activities, namely wildlife, forests and clean water, sea and natural resource management.
