Bappeda Kaltim speeding up Renja TW III Evdoren with a tight schedule
(Bappeda) East Kalimantan Province held a Coordination Meeting (Coordination Meeting) Preparation for filling out the work plan achievement data (Renja) in the third quarter (TW III) through the Evaluation of Planning Document Evaluation (EVDoren). The coordination meeting which took place in the Repetada Bappeda East Kalimantan meeting room on September 30, 2025 was led directly by the first expert planner of Bappeda Kaltim, Fryma Putra Pratama and was attended by representatives from various Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in East Kalimantan. This event marks the start of the crucial phase with a tight deadline related to the input of the realization of the TW III performance by OPD which is set on 1 to 10 October 2025, and will be followed by verification of the field of Bappeda Planning on 13 to 16 October 2025.

This incident became an emphasis so as not to be repeated on TW III. Therefore, all OPDs are instructed to fill in the data accurately and are asked to include evidence or evidence that is specifically appropriate with indicators that have been determined at the program level, activities, and sub-activities to facilitate the verification process.

In closing, the chairman of the meeting specifically asked the East Kalimantan Bappeda Planning Team to carry out the verification process of realization and evidence in Evdoren carefully and thoroughly. Emphasis on this verification accuracy aims to ensure transparency, accountability, and validity of the RKPD performance report which will later be reported to the Governor of East Kalimantan.
