East Kalimantan, namely the Mainstreaming of Programs/Activities to support the achievement of priority regional development targets (RPJMD Kaltim). DISHUB programs/activities must be more directed to focus on efforts to achieve targets set in the RPJMD, especially those related to priority programs.

Synergy of Inter-Sector & Inter-Regional Transportation Department Programs/Activities There is a need for development synergy between Provincial Transportation Department with other related SKPDs, as well as the Regency/Municipal Government in order to achieve optimal outcomes, for example:
Handover of terminal and port assets which are the province's authority. As well as providing accurate and quality data. Lack of availability of accurate and up-to-date data and information to support infrastructure development policies, especially sectoral and spatial data.
