This forum was opened by Drs. Oktorialdi, MA, Ph.D as coordinator of one Indonesian data and attended by regional apparatus in the scope of East Kalimantan Province, Regency/City Bappelitbang, Regency/City Diskominfo, and Regency/City BPS.

Oktorialdi, MA, Ph.D and The Thematic Geospatial Information Deputy (IGT) of the Geospatial Information Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Antonius B Wijanarto and as a panelist in the Central SDI Team, Head of East Kalimantan BPS Mrs. Dr. Yusniar Juliana, SST, MIDEC, Head of Diskominfo Prov. Kaltim Mr. H.M Faisal, S. Sos., M.Sc and Plt. Head of Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan Mr. Yusliando, ST.

Plt. Head of Bappeda Prov. Kaltim said the purpose of the implementation of this data forum was to determine the data list agreed upon through the Minutes of the results of the implementation of the forum, solving problems related to the implementation of one data and preparing an action plan for the implementation of one data on East Kalimantan.

This activity is also coupled with the launch of the Application of Development Planning Data Analysis System (Sad) as an instrument in conducting data analysis used in stabilizing the preparation of planning documents oriented to the thematic, holistic, intergratory approach and mainly in terms of problem formulation, preparation of strategies and policy directions as well as the preparation of assumptions and performance targets.

The regional apparatus that received the award was the ESDM Office as the first best, the Central Statistics Agency of East Kalimantan as the second best, and BPBD as the third best regional apparatus.
