Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda Participates in Retreat to Strengthen the Capacity of Primary High Leadership Positions (JPT) in the East Kalimantan Province
Samarinda, (17/12) - Kepala Bappeda Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Yusliando, mengikuti kegiatan Penguatan Kapasitas Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi (JPT) Pratama/Retreat yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.
This activity was held on Wednesday, December 17 2025, at the Ruhui Rahayu Room, East Kalimantan Governor's Office, and was attended by 51 participants from all heads of regional apparatus including the Regional Secretary within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
This retreat is part of an effort to strengthen the leadership capacity, integrity and strategic abilities of regional leaders in facing the challenges of continuously developing governance.
The series of events includes briefings delivered by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the Ministry of PANRB, Bappenas, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the High Prosecutor's Office and the Kalimantan Province BPKP Timur.
By participating in this activity, participants can broaden their perspectives in terms of regional development planning so that it is in line with national policy directions and global issues, such as digital bureaucratic transformation, strengthening accountability, and the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of sustainable development.
Through strengthening this capacity, the leaders of the apparatus It is hoped that regions can realize the strategic role of bureaucracy in adaptive, collaborative and integrity governance, so that they are able to respond to development dynamics not only at the regional level, but also in national and global contexts.
