While for the populist economic improvement sector Prof. Aji Ratna gave opinions and suggestions One solution was to develop a wider small and medium business sector so that many investors invest in this business field, and also explore the potential of the region so that the products produced have export quality, and provide convenience for UKM to foster investment outside the mining sector, especially coal mines. Whereas the agricultural sector prioritizes the utilization of the potential of each region that has its own advantages, as well as the infrastructure sector is more focused on the needs of the community that can improve the regional economy.

The second discussion of Ir.H. Syahbandi, MM, Chairperson of the East Kalimantan LPJD provides advice and input to the education sector, especially in the target of 20% of the cost of the East Kalimantan APBD and the Regency/City to get more proportions and supervision to achieve targets and targets in accordance with the East Kalimantan RPJMD in 2009-2013.

5._PESTER_KonConultasi_Publik Provide responses and suggestions as people who are in the business world, the most required role of the government is to provide convenience and access in business licensing, especially in regencies/cities that are still needed ease of bureaucracy in providing business licenses to entrepreneurs or investors/investors both for local and national entrepreneurs, even foreign investors, so that they will stand in the improvement of the economy of the local region.

To facilitate access to both land, sea and air, it is necessary to pay attention to the infrastructure sector, because in this sector it greatly influences the growth of new businesses in the regions, and to the younger generation it is expected that there is an effort to provide understanding and change the mens in thinking because most of the young generation who completed education still has a lot of thinking to get employees or employees, on this occasion how the thinking is changed to be able to create new jobs, so

The last fourth discussion Ir. Nil Mukaddin, MM is a NGO/NGO engaged in the environmental field provides an excellent response to the implementation of public consultation involving all stakeholders and suggestions and input that it is necessary to have serious attention to environmental damage in the Makassar Strait where in the area there has been a serious sedimentation and threatened to the continuity of ecology, especially against coral reefs and marine biota.

If this sedimentation is allowed to occur continuously it will cause more severe damage and will affect the continuity of fisheries life at sea and will also stand against the income of local fishermen.

This requires serious attention from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government in handling the environment and included in the preparation of the 2013 East Kalimantan RKPD.

In addition to the discussion of the participants also gave responses and suggestions and input in improving the East Kalimantan development program and the estimation of the economy of the East Kalimantan community. (Sukandar, S. Sos/Public Relations Bappeda Kaltim).
