East Kalimantan Governor's Working Visit to the southern region

Balikpapan, Monday 7/11/2016. The visit of the Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Awang Faroek Ishak to the southern region Beginning with Visiting Kodam VI Mulawarman Balikpapan in the Raider 600 Infantry Battalion Company /Modang in the Manggar City Balikpapan area was received directly by Kasdam VI Mulawarman Balikpapan City, Brigadier General Santos Gunawan Matondang, S.IP., M.M and Mayor of Balikpapan, H. M. Rizal Effendi, SE with officials in Balikpapan City. The work of the Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Awang Faroek Ishak said that infrastructure projects that directly touched the interests of the people to be seriously considered as well as the Samarinda Balikpapan toll road project targeted to be completed in 2018 must. Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Awang Faroek Ishak and his entourage continued the work visit from the city Balikpapan towards Paser Regency. Before continuing the working visit to Paser Regency, the team was divided into three (3) groups, one group together with the Governor of East Kalimantan first reviewed the location of the Balang Island bridge via ship and two (2) another group directly to Penajam Paser Utara Regency while waiting for the Governor of East Kalimantan at the Port of PT. The working visit of the Governor of East Kalimantan to Paser Regency begins with visiting the Great Mosque of the US Salam on Jalan Raya Negara KM. 141 Batu Sopang District to pray and deliver assistance to the management of the Great Mosque of the US Salam and to local residents. Then the Governor's group continued the working visit to PT. Kideco Jaya Agung took place at the Multipurpose Building Refresh Base Base PT. The Governor of East Kalimantan and his entourage continued their work visits with the Capital City of Paser Regency to hold a meeting with the Paser Regent, Yusriansyah and his staff in the Paser Regent Hall. The working visit of the Governor of East Kalimantan scheduled several events including: 1. Submission of assistance by the Governor of East Kalimantan who came from the Public Works Department; 2. Submission of assistance by the Governor of East Kalimantan from the Fisheries and Maritime Agency; 3. Submission of assistance by the Governor of East Kalimantan from the Health Office; 4. Submission of assistance by the Governor of East Kalimantan who came from the Women's Empowerment and Family Planning Agency; 5. Submission of assistance by the Governor of East Kalimantan who came from the Forestry Service; 6. Submission of assistance by the Governor of East Kalimantan from the Social Service.

On November 8, 2016 the Governor of East Kalimantan together with the group starting at 07.30 WITA continued his journey to make a working visit to Petangis Village, Bata Engau District, Paser Regency. During the visit, several agendas between:
1. East Kalimantan Governor delivered symbolic assistance to pregnant young mothers, the assistance came from the East Kalimantan Provincial Health Office;
2. East Kalimantan Governor delivered symbolic assistance to farmers in Paser Regency in the form of 4 -wheeled tractors, 3 units of 2 -wheeled tractors, 30 units of Combine Hanvester, 13 units of corn thresses, 14 units of rice planting equipment and 13 units of water, the assistance came from the East Kalimantan Provincial Agriculture Office;
3. East Kalimantan Governor together with the ranks of the Provincial Government and Paser Regent and his staff have the planting of corn seeds;
