The event was opened by the Head of the Spatial Planning Division of the Provincial Public Works, Settlements and Public Housing Department. East Kalimantan Mr. Ahmad Muzakkir, ST, M.Si, then continued with a presentation from the PUPR and Pera Provincial Service Consultant Team. East Kalimantan so that several points were obtained, including:
- In the Job Creation Law on Spatial Planning, Provincial Strategic Areas are no longer regulated in Provincial Regulations, so detailed planning is encouraged for KSP through Regency/City Detailed Spatial Plans.
- The Kariangau Buluminung Manufacturing Industrial Area is one of the Provincial Strategic Areas from an economic point of view stipulated in the 2016 – 2036 East Kalimantan RTRWP Regional Regulation. The Kariangau Industrial Area has been included in the planning area in the Draft Regional Regulation on the Detailed Spatial Plan for the City of Balikpapan, while the Buluminung Industrial Area has not yet had a detailed plan prepared.
- The East Kalimantan Provincial Government through the PUPR and Pera Services is trying to provide guidance by carrying out Technical Assistance for the Preparation of Regency/City RDTR, which is located in the Buluminung Industrial Area, North Penajam Paser Regency.
- The delineation of the RDTR Planning Area for the Buluminung Industrial Area which will be carried out by Bantek by the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to the PPU Regency Government is outside the RDTR OSS delineation of the Ministry of ATR/BPN for the Buluminung - Lango Beach Corridor
and anything else needed.
