Discussion of Integration of Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) with Zoning Plans for Coastal Areas and Small Islands (RZWP3K) of East Kalimantan Province
Samarinda, (11/18/2020). Head of Subdivision of SDA Infrastructure & Region and Staff participating in the Discussion of the Integration of the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) with the Zoning Plan for Coastal Areas and Small Islands (RZWP3K) of East Kalimantan Province at the Aston Samarinda Hotel.
This activity was opened by the Director of Regional Spatial Planning I ATR/BPN Ibu Reny Windyawati, ST, M.Sc and attended by the Ministry/Institution in the Central Government, East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, PUPR & Pera Office, Dinas Fisheries and Maritime Technical Revision of RTRW Prov. Kaltim and RZWP3K Consultant.
Zoning Plan for Coastal Areas and Small Islands (RZWP3K) of East Kalimantan Province is divided into 4 (four) areas, namely conservation areas, sea channels, and certain national strategic areas (KSNT).
The public utilization area intended for traditional fishermen was given a space for 84.79 % of the total zoning of 3.76 million hectares in East Kalimantan waters.
In general, the results of the synchronization of RTRW and RZWP3K of East Kalimantan Province identified several problems of differences in the scale of planning and differences in the classification of the structure and patterns of the spatial in the RTRWP with the allocation of space in RZWP3K, there is a planned space for RTRW space that is not synchronous with the allocation of space for RZWP3K.
