The Planning Division identifies sectoral issues/problems and compiles proposals related to the P-RKPD by prioritizing proposals from the Health Sector (PPM Division to immediately collect data on P-RKPD needs from the Health Sector and Social Services). The Planning Sector identifies potential/opportunities and prepares a Refocusing scheme based on the results of the RENJA and TEPRA evaluation. The Planning Sector takes a closer look at the program performance indicators (P-RPJMD menu), activities and sub-activities (P-RESNTRA menu which will be used as performance indicators in the P-RKPD/P-RENJA menu. The Planning Sector must fill in the P-RKPD working paper format that has been provided regarding filling in indicators, targets and funding. The PPEPD Sector asks the PD to fill in the RESNTRA menu at the Design stage (which has been verified).
