Discussion on Preparation of Provincial Bappeda RENSTRA. East Kalimantan
Balikpapan, (01/25/2023). Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan held a Discussion Meeting of the Draft Preparation of the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan 2024-2026 is located at the Golden Tulip Hotel Balikpapan.

This meeting was chaired by Plt. Head of Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan Mr. Yusliando, ST and attended by the Secretary, all Heads of Planning Division, all functional planners, Head of General Subdivision, Head of Subdivision of PRK and Technical Staff.

Renstra of the Regional Development Planning Agency is prepared by paying attention to several things, namely, the initial formulation of regional development goals and objectives contained in the RPD in 2024-2026; Evaluation of the results of the achievement of regional apparatus planning through evaluating the achievements of the regional apparatus until 2022; and strategic LSUs related to the fields of affairs as well as the main tasks and functions of the Regional Apparatus.

Preparation of the Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan also considers the harmony of national development plan documents, national policies, suggestions and/or input from regional development stakeholders, as well as applicable regulations.

The preparation of this document is to guide systematics, substance, stages and procedures as stipulated in the Minister of Home Affairs Instruction Number 52 of 2022.
Preparation of the Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan is intended as a guideline in the preparation of work plans, and determining programs and activities, strategic targets and activities of activities, and performance indicators.
