East Kalimantan Regional Government Wins Award for Use of SRIKANDI at Provincial Level for Regional Archives I
Mataram (3-4 September 2024) Archivist, SRIKANDI Admin, Letter Recorder and agenda for attending the Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of the SRIKANDI Application. This coordination meeting is a collaboration between ANRI, Provincial Library Service. NTB and the Mataram City Library Service. As for Drs. Hilman Rosmana, M. Hum as Director of Regional Archives was also present to deliver a speech. In his speech, Mr. Hilman said that SRIKANDI was implemented to increase efficiency, transparency and effectiveness in implementing Presidential Decree 95 of 2018 concerning SPBE in all regional apparatus. The Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of the SRIKANDI Application is held once a year. Participated by 1300 people from various SRIKANDI Users in Regional Apparatus throughout Indonesia, this Coordination Meeting was used as a forum for SRIKANDI Users in Regional Apparatus to share processes or problems in implementing the SRIKANDI Application.
Dr. H. Mohan Roliskana, S. Sos., M.H as Mayor of Mataram was present to deliver remarks and open the event, then the NTT Regional Secretary represented Acting. Governor of NTT, Deputy for National Archives Governance, to give a speech. At this coordination meeting, the East Kalimantan Regional Government received a National Level Award from the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia as the Provincial Government Implementing the SRIKANDI Application Sequence 3 for Regional Archives I.
The series of events also included the delivery of testimony on the use of SRIKANDI from the Regency Regent. East Luwu as well as several materials presented by ANRI, Ministry of Home Affairs, Regional Archives, Ministry of Communication and Information, Bappenas and Head of the Village Thematic Archives Team.
