Implementation of the SRIKANDI Application at the Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan
Samarinda, (27/04/2023) In order to implement the Heroine Application, Bappeda Provincial. East Kalimantan held training on the implementation of the SRIKANDI Application for all Archives Managers.

This training presented resource persons from the Regional Library and Archives Service, Ms. Dewi Susanti, SE, MM, Young Expert Archivist, and Mr. Bayu Erlangga, Srikandi Application IT Operator.

Mrs Dewi explained that the Implementation of the Srikandi Application will be launched on May 3 2023 at the East Kalimantan Governor's office, "It will be launched on May 3 based on Permenpan number 83 of 2022 and the East Kalimantan governor's circular dated December 16 2022 as well as directions from the Regional Secretary based on the SPBE.

Based on the direction of the head of Bappeda which was conveyed by the secretary of Bappeda, he emphasized that the special OPD of Bappeda is capable and immediately accelerates the implementation of the Srikandi application and registers the use of the TTE (electronic signature) application with the Communication and Information Department.

The First Expert Archivist, Ms. Hastati, emphasized that all archive processors within the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, especially in the letter registrar section, both in the UK (archives unit) and UP (Processing Unit), immediately coordinate for the implementation of the Srikandi Application within the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda.

In this activity, a simulation of inputting incoming letters and creating outgoing letters was carried out as well as creating SRIKANDI user accounts in each Archives Processing unit.

Please note that the SRIKANDI application is a dynamic archive management instrument based on Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). This application is the result of collaboration between the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), the Ministry of Communication and Information, the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) and the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI).

SRIKANDI aims to create smooth requirements and effective electronic filing in government administration. This application can fulfill the need for creating correspondence and electronic archives online in an integrated manner and recorded at the national data center.
