Preparation of Rankhir RKPD Prov. East Kalimantan 2023 to facilitate the Ministry of Home Affairs
Saturday, 04/06/2022. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, through the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Division (P2EPD), held an internal meeting for Preparation of the Final Draft Document for the 2023 East Kalimantan Province RKPD for Facilitation by the Ministry of Home Affairs which was attended by all structural officials and technical staff within the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, at the Hotel Four Point Balikpapan. The meeting was chaired by the Head of the P2EPD Bappeda Division of East Kalimantan Province, Mrs. Rina Juliaty, S.Si, M.Si.

This meeting had several things on the agenda, including agreeing on the agenda for completing the RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2023; Preparation of SSH replacement working papers; and Completion of the RKPD documents for East Kalimantan Province for 2023.
With regard to the agenda schedule that has been prepared, it was agreed to determine the timing of several important agendas such as the facilitation and determination of the Regency/City RKPD Rapergub/Pergub in the 3rd and 4th weeks of June; stipulation of the Governor's Decree regarding the East Kalimantan Province PD Plan for 2023 in July; stipulation of regional regulations regarding Regency/City RKPD in the first week of July; as well as the stipulation of the Regional Head's Decree regarding the PD Plan in August.

At this meeting, improvements were also made to the draft RKPD document for East Kalimantan Province for 2023 which had been prepared by the drafting team through a correction mechanism from all sectors within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province who were present at the meeting. the. Furthermore, the results of the correction will be submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
