Preparation of the business process map of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government based on the Regional Development Plan for 2024-2026
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through the PSDA, Infrastructure, PPM, and PPEPD fields attending the activities of the preparation of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government Business Process Map based on the regional development plan in 2024-2026 carried out by the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat Organization Bureau, Tuesday (1/10).
The activity was carried out in accordance with the mandate of the Minister of Administrative Reform Regulation and Bureaucratic Reform Number 19 of 2018 concerning the Preparation of a Government Business Process Map consisting of 4 (Four) Maps, namely: Process Maps, Sub Process Maps, Cross Function Maps, and Relationship Maps.
Furthermore, the activity was carried out to gather input from regional apparatuses (including East Kalimantan Bappeda) related to the activities carried out in the framework of implementing activities in accordance with the Regional Medium-Term Planning Plan document of East Kalimantan Province to prepare a cross-functional map on the business process map of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
To note, now a process map and sub -process map have been compiled as part of the business map of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, so that through this activity the crossing map and evaluation of the business process map of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan by the organization bureau together with the related regional apparatus according to the predetermined schedule.
