Samarinda, Thursday 31/3/2016. Preparatory Meeting Presentation for Assessment of the Pangripta Nusantara Provincial Award in 2016 Phase III (three) in the room 
Propeda Meeting 2 Floor Bappeda Province East Kalimantan, Jln. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda. The discussion was coordinated by the Head of the Regional Development Assessment and Financing Division as well as to the government and apparatus with the Kasubbid participants and the Bappeda Scope of East Kalimantan Province.
Certainty of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda has succeeded in passing the selection of the Pangripta Nusantara Award Assessment at the provincial level of Indonesia with the receipt of a letter from the Deputy for Regional Development, Arifin Rudiyanto National Development Planning Agency on March 24, 2016 with the issue of Phase III Award Pangripta Nusantara Province in 2016.
Based on the letter submitted by the Bappenas to the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda in connection with the completion of the 2016 Provincial RKPD Phase II assessment by the Main Assessment Team and the Independent Assessment Team in each Province Nomination, the stage III assessment process starts immediately, with the following technical implementation:
1. Phase III assessment is carried out in the form of presentations and discussions for 90 minutes for each province, where 30 minutes are allocated for presentations and 60 minutes for discussion. The Head of Bappeda as a team leader can be accompanied by a maximum of two competent team members and can play an active role in answering questions in the discussion;
2. Coverage of field verification assessments on the planning process, including: a). linkage; b). consistency; c). depth and completeness; d). measurement; e). The planning process of that (batton-up); f). Planning process from above (top-down); g). Technocratic planning process; h). political planning process; i). The planning process that includes elements of innovation; j). presentation display; and k). The ability of presentations and mastery of material including knowledge about the 2015-2019 RPJMN, Institutional Leadership, Quality of Arguments and Time Times (Details of Criteria can be seen in Lampirin);
3. Phase III Assessment of East Kalimantan Province will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the Office of the Ministry of PPN/Bappenas, Meeting Room 204, Madiun Building, starting at 13.20 - 15.00 WIB. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province is allowed to bring all supporting evidence that can strengthen the argumentation in the discussion;
4. The Central Assessment Team consists of the Main Appraisal and Independent Assessment Team based on the Ministry of PPN/Head of Bappenas Kep.8/M.PPN/HK/02/2016 concerning the Establishment of the Pangripta Nusantara Award Organizing Team in 2016.
