First Quarter Secretariat General Subdivision Staff Performance Meeting 2025
This morning the General Subdivision of the East Kalimantan Bappeda Secretariat held a Staff Performance Meeting for the first quarter of 2025.
The meeting was chaired and opened by the Head of General Subdivision, Achmad Risa, who emphasized the importance of discipline in work, especially regarding work hours and permits.
He appealed to all staff to remain consistent in complying with working hours and reducing permits during operational hours. Not only that, he also invited the staff to carry out their duties sincerely and with sincerity as a form of worship.
If this disciplinary formulation is successfully implemented in the General Sub-Section, it is possible that it will be adopted as a policy in all areas within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.
Achmad Risa also said that compared to quarterly Previously, the General Sub-Section showed significant progress. This is characterized by positive changes in each individual. He also appreciated the commitment and effort that had been shown by all staff.
At the end of the meeting, he expressed his hope that this performance improvement could continue and be maintained consistently in the future.
