East Kalimantan Bappeda General Sub-Division Coordination Meeting Discusses Implementation of Gubernatorial Regulation No. 8 of 2025

Tuesday (11/03) a coordination meeting was held between General Sub-Division staff to discuss the Implementation of Gubernatorial Regulation No. 8 of 2025 led by the Head of General Subdivision, Achmad Risa. This meeting was attended by all staff, both civil servants and non-civil servants in the East Kalimantan Bappeda Regional Police Meeting Room.

The main discussion discussed was Governor Regulation (Pergub) Number 8 of 2025 concerning Behavior and Code of Ethics for Public Services within the Regional Government of East Kalimantan Province. Achmad Risa emphasized that the discipline of the State Civil Service (ASN) must continue to be improved in order to provide better services to the community.

Apart from that, the meeting also discussed various innovations for future improvement, including employee performance assessment which will be the basis for evaluation and decision making. In this discussion, preparations for making official clothing attributes for PPPK were also discussed after being officially appointed as government employees.

In this meeting, Achmad Risa also expressed his appreciation for the discipline of employees in the General Subdivision which had increased significantly compared to the previous year. However, it is also necessary to improve things that are felt to be less than optimal so that implementation in maintaining discipline continues. He also emphasized the importance of cooperation between PPPK and civil servants in carrying out tasks outside working hours to support the smooth operation of the agency.

In closing, Achmad Risa appealed to employees, especially non-ASN who will be appointed as PPPK, to further improve their discipline and performance as well as applying ASN values that have HALAK (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative) in every task they carry out.

With this meeting, it is hoped that all employees of the General Sub Division of Bappeda Kaltim can better understand and implement policies that have been established to improve the effectiveness of public services in East Kalimantan.
