Discussion Meeting of the Draft Presidential Regulation on the Authority of the Capital City

The purpose of this meeting is to get input and suggestions in the improvement of the draft draft of the Presidential Authority of the Capital City of the Archipelago which was previously compiled by the Working Group Team. A number of participants who attended the meeting this time came from representatives of the relevant ministries/institutions, as well as representatives of the Regional Government (Province, Regency/City in East Kalimantan).

This time the discussion was carried out in the article per article listed in the Draft Perpres Authority of the Capital City of the Archipelago with approximately 34 articles. The Presidential Regulation on the Authority of the Capital City of the Archipelago describes in more detail about the roles, functions, authority and various matters related to the Authority of the Capital City of the Archipelago. Some inputs such as the use of several terms, then regarding the role of the council, as well as the need to include norms regarding staffing in the Perpres have been summarized by the Pokja Team as input in the improvement of the Perpres Draft.
