LPPD, LKPJ and RLPPD preparation preparation meeting in 2021
Head of the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Division, East Kalimantan Bappeda, Rina Juliati, S.Si., M.Sc. Accompanied by the Head of Subdivision of Control, Evaluation and Reporting, Berlin Friniko Sihaloho, S.E., attended the preparation meeting for the preparation of the East Kalimantan Province Regional Implementation Report (LPPD) in 2021 which was held at the East Kalimantan Governor's Office, Monday (01/24/22).
the meeting chaired by the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretary, Ir. Muhammad Sa'bani, M.Sc and attended by all leaders of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government also discussed 2 other important agendas, including the preparation of the Compilation of the Accountability Report (LKPJ) and the Summary of Regional Government Organizing Reports ( RLPPD) East Kalimantan Province in 2021.
In the coordination meeting, Sa'bani conveyed the head of the regional apparatus to be able to prepare the necessary support data, given the fulfillment of supporting data will affect the results of the evaluation of the performance of the regional head.
"I reminded, the data support in the preparation of LPPD and LKPJ must be from the same source in the end of December 2021 so that there is a compatibility in each document compiled", Said Sa'bani reminded the Head of OPD who attended the meeting.
LPPD, LKPJ and RLPPD East Kalimantan Province Preparation Team in 2021 has been stipulated in Governor Regulation Number: 120.04/K.658/2021, where the Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda as Secretary of the LKPJ Preparation .
