APIP Review Preparation Meeting and Verification of Final Draft Regional Apparatus Strategic Plan for 2025-2029
Samarinda - East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a Coordination Meeting for Preparation for Review and Verification of the Final Draft Strategic Plan (Renstra) for Regional Apparatus for 2025–2029 in the Hall of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of East Kalimantan Province, Samarinda on Monday (06/10).
This meeting was chaired by Alfino Rinaldi Arief, as Head of Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation (P2EPD) of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, and attended by all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
This activity aims to coordinate the steps for implementing the review by the Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP) and verification by Bappeda of the Final Draft Regional Apparatus Strategic Plan in accordance with the mandate of the Minister of Home Affairs Instruction Number 2 of 2025 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017 concerning procedures for planning, controlling and evaluating development regional.
The alignment of the PD Strategic Plan document with the 2025–2029 East Kalimantan Province RPJMD is very important because the Strategic Plan Document is a strategic reference for each regional apparatus in outlining the development vision of "Kaltim Success Towards a Golden Generation", as stated in RPJMD.
This meeting also discussed the schedule for implementing the APIP review which will take place from 8 to 20 October and verification of the PD Strategic Plan which is scheduled for 22 to 28 October 2025, before it is finally determined to become an official document at the end of October.
Through this activity, the East Kalimantan Bappeda hopes that all regional officials can ensure alignment of targets, indicators and policy directions in their respective Strategic Plans, so that the implementation of regional development for the next five years can be effective, measurable and sustainable.
