East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Leadership Meeting Discussing Program Alignment Coordination and Performance Indicators 2025
Located in the Propeda Meeting Room, the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, together with the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, chaired the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Leadership Meeting.
This meeting aims to align the activities of the East Kalimantan Bappeda with achievement targets that have been set.
Several important things discussed in this meeting include, first, aligning the calculation of planning activity indicators so that they can be filled in according to the predetermined timeline.
This is expected to ensure that the program runs according to plan and evaluation of performance achievements is not hampered.
Furthermore, the Head of Bappeda Kaltim emphasizes the importance of substance in verifying Strategic Plan (Renstra) and Work Plan (Renja) documents. This process must be more than just a formality, and must be carried out with in-depth analysis in accordance with the policies that have been created.
Some of the obstacles faced in the process of filling in the working paper for activity indicators in the planning sector include the difference between the Strategic Plan and other OPDs and the large number of UPTDs in several OPD.
The meeting also discussed the draft dictionary proposal for 2026 which will be discussed together with SKPD and Regency/City Governments in the second week of January 2025.
Apart from that, the draft dictionary is also planned to be discussed with the DPRD in the third to fourth week of January 2025.
By holding this meeting, it is hoped that this alignment can be well coordinated and run in accordance with the achievement targets that have been set.
