East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Staff Meeting to Discuss Coordination and Aspirations in Early 2025

The Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Yusliando, chaired a staff meeting in the Regional Police Meeting Room which involved all staff at East Kalimantan Bappeda.


This meeting aims to strengthen coordination, increase active participation, and aspirations of all staff in early 2025.


Several important matters were discussed in this meeting, including IMTAQ fund allocation, professional zakat management, cooperative management, Non ASN status, archive facilities and infrastructure, as well as tightening internal security.

First, the allocation of IMTAQ funds until the end of 2024 will be discussed which will be used for religious and social activities.


The proposals submitted include holding Friday Blessings to distribute good fortune, increase honorarium for priests and cleaning services, as well as training in slaughtering sacrificial animals and routine religious studies.


Regarding professional zakat, which is mandatory for employees through Baznas, there was a discussion about holding a distribution transparency report by attaching a fund flow report. For P3K, further policies regarding professional zakat are still waiting for the next policy.


The next discussion is related to the East Kalimantan Bappeda cooperative. The management of the cooperative was completed in 2023, and Mrs. Jannah was elected as the new chairman. Some potential businesses proposed include car washing, car rental and ticket booking businesses to increase the diversification of cooperative businesses.


Regarding the status of Non-ASNs who take the First Aid test during the first 3-6 months will remain in Non-ASN status while waiting for the decree and further contract direction. continued.


Archive facilities and infrastructure are also a concern, with instructions to allocate a budget for archive building facilities and infrastructure, providing better archive boxes and shelves.


At the end of the meeting, the importance of tightening security was discussed to avoid negligence in the duty to guard shifts and maintain discipline so that undesirable things do not happen again.
