According to the Governor, transfers are a normal thing in government to strengthen performance so that public service duties can be carried out well, and at the same time as a career development process for employees.

The mutation process should be a medium of refreshment and spur new enthusiasm for improving performance, he said.

Therefore, officials must work hard, intelligently, sincerely, professionally, and be highly committed to the interests of regional development.

"This mutation has gone through the correct processes and procedures. Starting from the selection and determination process of competency evaluation, suitability of qualifications, and objective assessment by the Position and Rank Advisory Body (Baperjakat) without any intervention," he said.

On that occasion, the Governor also reminded that the performance of all officials would continue to be evaluated.

"Officials who are unable to provide good performance must be ready to be replaced by other officials who are more capable, competent and more professional," stressed Awang Faroek. (Quoted from kaltim.antaranews.com). Ssource photo : kaltim.tribunnews.com
