PP Seminar Number 42 Year 2021 concerning the Ease of National Strategic Project (PSN) and Coordinator of the Economy Number 7 of 2021 concerning Changes to the List of National Strategic Projects
Monday, November 22 2021. East Kalimantan Bappeda, represented by the Economic and Natural Resources Sector, attended the Seminar on Government Regulation Number 42 of 2021 concerning the ease of PSN for National Strategic Projects and Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Number 7 2021 concerning Changes to the List of National Strategic Projects
In connection with the issuance of Government Regulation Number 42 of 2021 concerning Ease of National Strategic Projects and Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Number 7 of 2021 concerning Changes to the List of National Strategic Projects, the Committee for the Acceleration of Provision of Priority Infrastructure is holding a seminar discuss these regulations.
National Strategic Projects (PSN) were first stipulated in Presidential Decree Number 3 of 2016 and were last amended by Presidential Decree Number 109 of 2020 and Coordinating Ministerial Decree Number 7 of 2021.
Changes to the PSN list are determined by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs as Chair of the Committee for the Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Provision after obtaining Presidential approval.
