Bappeda of Bappeda and Human Development (PPM) of East Kalimantan held a Socialization Meeting related to the Implementation of Regional Development Awards (PPD) in 2025 Regency/City Level I.
The meeting that took place in the Propeda meeting room was attended by all fields of planners, team leaders, and related staff. < /P>
On this occasion, it was discussed about the mechanism of assessment and the stage of the first stage of implementation in appreciation assessment Regional development to determine district/city nomination.
itself is an annual evaluation carried out on planning and performance of development achievements at the provincial, district and city levels. East Kalimantan Bappeda itself has the responsibility to assess 10 districts/cities in the East Kalimantan region.
In this meeting, it was explained that the assessment object included various aspects, including the process of preparing and the quality of planning documents, quality monitoring, evaluation, control, performance of regional development achievements, as well as regional superior program interventions that contribute to development achievements. < /P>
The assessment stage begins with the socialization, followed by the collection of documents. After that, the first stage of assessment was carried out with a 45% assessment weight to assess the planning documents and regional leading programs. Areas that meet the criteria will enter the nomination and continue to the second stage, namely verification and presentation with a 55%assessment weight, then the district/city with the highest overall assessment that will receive regional development awards according to its category.
As information, the first phase of assessment process will begin on Wednesday, February 5 to February 8, 2025.
