Socialization of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 17 of 2021
Samarinda, (10/05/2021). Head of Planning and Funding Sub-Sector Alfino Rinaldi Arief, ST, M.E and staff took part in the socialization of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 17 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for preparing the 2022 RKPD virtually via zoom meeting.
This activity was organized by the Ministry of Home Affairs, opened by the Director of Regional Development Evaluation and Information Planning and attended by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate General of Regional Development, Bappenas, Inspectorate General, Bappeda, Regency and City Provinces throughout Indonesia.
The aim of this socialization is to serve as a guide or reference in preparing the 2022 RKPD which begins with the initial draft of the Provincial and Regency/City RKPD, as well as the realization of National synchronization between levels of government, and the realization of consistency of the RPJMD in line with the Regional Apparatus Renstra and Regional Apparatus Renja and also guarantees the achievement of targets National, Provincial and Regency/City development.
Alfino said that the RKPD must be guided by the RKP, namely the direction of national development policy and the National Strategic Program. The Provincial RKPD is determined no later than the end of June 2021 and the final RKPD draft is completed at the end of May, which is then used as evaluation material and the basis for preparing the KUA PPAS Draft.
Alfino also explained that for East Kalimantan, from the results of the Rakortekrenbang agreement on macro indicator targets that must be aligned in the RKPD document 2022 is an Economic Growth Rate of 3.5 +- 1, Poverty of 5.92%, and an Open Unemployment Rate of 6.0-6.5%.
