Sub-Division of Program Planning Initiation of Action Change Discipline Performance Data Management
Samarinda - In an effort to strengthen accountability and effectiveness in the implementation of development planning, the Program Planning Subdivision of the East Kalimantan Bappeda is encouraging the realization of a more disciplined work culture through action changes initiated by Stella Felicia Sinaga, Head of the Program Planning Subdivision on Thursday (31/07).
The theme raised in this action is “Discipline Performance Measurement of Organizational Objectives”, which is aimed at responding to various problems in managing performance data, especially in the preparation and measurement of the Regional Development Planning Index (IPPD) for East Kalimantan Bappeda. So far, the IPPD database management system is still not well structured. Data is spread across multiple units, not integrated, and lacks systematic file management. This causes difficulties in the data compilation process, which ultimately affects the effectiveness of organizational performance.
Through this change action, the Head of the Program Planning Subdivision forms an effective team that will work together in realizing the discipline of measuring the performance of the organization's goals. This step was taken to ensure better data integration, simplify the monitoring process, and increase accuracy in performance evaluation. This project not only aims to resolve technical problems, but also build a work culture that is disciplined, systematic and data-based.
This change action is in line with bureaucratic reform efforts, especially increasing transparency, accountability and efficiency of government governance. It is hoped that this comprehensive improvement of the performance data management system can strengthen organizational functions, while encouraging the creation of an efficient, measurable and results-oriented work system that has a real impact.
