Samarinda - In an effort to strengthen accountability and effectiveness of the implementation of development planning, the East Kalimantan Bappeda Program Planning Subdivision encourages the realization of a more disciplined work culture through the action of change initiated by Stella Felicia Sinaga, Head of the Program Planning Subdivision on Thursday (31/0> Performance Measurement of Organizational Objectives ", which is aimed at responding to various problems in managing performance data, especially in the preparation and measurement of regional development planning index (IPPD ) Bappeda East Kalimantan. During this time, the IPPD database management system is still not well structured. Data are spread in various units, not integrated, and do not have systematic file management. This causes difficulties in the data compilation process, which ultimately affects the effectiveness of organizational performance.
Through this acts of change, the program of the program planning sub -section forms an effective team that will work together in realizing the discipline of measuring the performance of organizational goals. This step is taken to ensure better data integration, facilitate the monitoring process, and increase the accuracy in performance evaluation. This project not only aims to solve technical problems, but also builds a disciplined, systematic, and data -based work culture.
This acts of change are in line with bureaucratic reform efforts, especially in increasing transparency, accountability, and governance efficiency. It is expected that the overall reform of performance data management systems can strengthen the organization's functions, while encouraging the creation of an efficient, measurable, and oriented work system that has a significant impact.
