General Sub-Division of East Kalimantan Bappeda Holds Staff Coordination Meeting, Emphasizing Discipline and Work Responsibility
Samarinda, 05/19/2025 - The General Secretariat Sub-Division held a Staff Coordination Meeting as part of efforts to strengthen work synergy and discipline.
This meeting was chaired by the Head of the General Sub Division, Achmad Risa.
In this meeting, Achmad Risa emphasized the importance of discipline, responsibility and commitment in carrying out the tasks carried out in accordance with the responsibilities of the main tasks and functions of each.
In his direction, Achmad Risa emphasized aspects of compliance with working hours, the use of official clothing attributes, as well as the implementation of basic duties and functions (tupoksi) after the appointment of non-PNS staff to PPPK as of May 1.
He also appealed to staff to reduce permits during operational hours, and carry out their duties with sincerity and integrity high.
"If this discipline pattern is successfully implemented consistently in the General Sub-Section, it is very likely that it will be used as a model model for the same policy to be implemented in all areas within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province," said Achmad Risa.
On this occasion, Achmad Risa also appreciated the positive developments shown both by the team and individually.
According to him, changes in attitudes and visible improvements in performance are indicators that morale continues to grow. The commitment and efforts of all staff were appreciated and appreciated by Achmad Risa.
The meeting continued with a discussion of the distribution of duties per work unit, as a basis for filling out the E-Kinerja (E-Kin) application for newly appointed PPPK staff.
