Webinar with the theme: Strategies for Achieving Regional Development Performance during the Covid19 Pandemic

Wednesday, 27 October 2021. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, represented by the Planning, Control and Evaluation Division, attended virtually the "Webinar on Strategies for Achieving Regional Development Performance During the Covid 19 Pandemic".

Regional development in recent years has been affected by the Covid 19 pandemic in various development dimensions such as economic, social and human development dimensions. The achievement of regional development targets in the 2020 RKP and RKPD has also not been achieved by the majority of regions. It is hoped that the implementation of more responsive, adaptive and innovative development in 2021 will accelerate recovery and achieve inclusive development targets.

In connection with the implementation of regional development performance evaluations and to gain a better perspective on regional efforts and challenges, there is a need for a forum to share knowledge and experience as well as alternative solutions to existing problems. For this reason, Bappenas is carrying out a Webinar activity with the theme "Strategies for Achieving Regional Development Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemic", and inviting relevant Ministries, Regional Governments, Academics in 34 Provinces, Development Partners, Methodology Expert Teams, and related stakeholders to attend the webinar.

The aim of this webinar is to explore information on regional strategies in efforts to recover and achieve development performance during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This webinar also featured four provinces who delivered presentations regarding "Strategies for Achieving Regional Development Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemic", including the Provinces of Central Java, West Java, East Java and Bali.
