Webinar of Regional Government Relations and DPRD

This activity was organized by BPSDM Prov. East Kalimantan with the aim of equating perceptions and adding insight into government competencies, especially regarding regional government relations with the DPRD

Seminar opened by the Head of East Kalimantan BPSDM Mrs. Dra. Nina Dewi, M.AP was attended by 148 participan consisting of ASN in the Prov.Kaltim and Regency/City.

ASN is required to have competence in carrying out its duties and functions in their respective agencies, in line with Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government that ASN employees must meet technical, managerial and managerial competency requirements and Socio -cultural.

ASN employees who occupy the position of Head of Regional Apparatuses must meet government competencies in accordance with Permendagri Number 108 of 2017.

The intended government competency is the ability and characteristics possessed by a state civil servant employee needed to carry out government management tasks in accordance with his position.
