Position Overview:
Lead and carry out the implementation of some of the Agency's duties within the scope of Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to support the smooth implementation of the Agency's duties.
Main Tasks:
Carrying out data preparation, analysis, policy formulation, coordination, coaching, guidance, control, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, development and technical planning in the field of regional development.
Job description :
- Prepare operational plans within the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Sector based on the Agency's work program as well as leadership instructions as a guide for carrying out tasks.
- Distribute tasks to subordinates in the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Sector in accordance with the main tasks and responsibilities assigned so that the assigned tasks can run effectively and efficiently.
- Provide instructions for carrying out tasks to subordinates in the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Sector in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures so that errors do not occur in carrying out tasks.
- Supervise the implementation of subordinate tasks in the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Sector periodically in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures to achieve the expected performance targets.
- Develop concepts for formulating policies and technical instructions for data and information management in the context of preparing Regional Long Term Development Plans (RPJPD), Regional Medium Term Development Plans (RPJMD), and Regional Government Work Plans (RKPD) in accordance with applicable rules and regulations for leadership to make decisions.
- Designing the concept of developing a Regional Development Information System (SIPD) in accordance with applicable rules and regulations so that it runs effectively.
- Coordinating in order to control the stages of preparing the Work Plan (Renja) for all OPDs and sub-districts.
- Coordinating in the context of preparing the Governor's accountability (LKPJ).
- Evaluate the implementation of subordinate tasks in the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Sector by comparing operational plans with tasks that have been implemented as material for activity reports and performance improvements in the future.
- Prepare reports on the implementation of tasks in the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Sector in accordance with the tasks that have been carried out periodically as a form of performance accountability.
- Carry out other official duties given by the leadership, both verbally and in writing.
