Position Overview :

Lead and carry out the administration of government affairs and services of Regional Apparatus Organizations which fall under the authority of the Regional Development Planning Agency of East Kalimantan Province regarding the implementation of tasks in the area of regional development planning which fall under its authority in accordance with applicable rules and regulations so that the implementation of tasks runs smoothly, effectively and efficiently.

Job description :

Formulate work programs within the East Kalimantan Province Regional Development Planning Agency based on the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Strategic plan as a guide for carrying out tasks.

Coordinate the implementation of tasks within the East Kalimantan Province Regional Development Planning Agency in accordance with the established program and in accordance with leadership policies so that work targets are achieved according to plan.

Developing subordinates within the Regional Development Planning Agency of East Kalimantan Province by holding regular meetings and guidance in order to obtain the expected performance.

Directs the implementation of subordinate duties within the Regional Planning and Development Agency in accordance with duties, responsibilities, problems and obstacles as well as applicable provisions for the accuracy and smooth implementation of duties.

Formulate technical policies in the field of Regional Planning and Development in accordance with applicable procedures and provisions in order to achieve comprehensive, directed and integrated regional planning.

Carry out program and activity coordination with all City Regency OPDs as well as related institutions/agencies in carrying out planning activities based on applicable rules and regulations to improve the harmony of sectoral development and regional development.

Controlling the implementation of the annual work program based on the current year's program and activity plans to ensure the implementation of the agency's programs and activities runs smoothly.

Evaluate the implementation of subordinate tasks within the Regional Planning and Development Agency by comparing plans with activities that have been implemented as material for reports on future activities and plans.

Prepare reports on the implementation of tasks within the Regional Planning and Development Agency in accordance with the activities that have been carried out as accountability for the Agency's performance.

Function :

Formulation of technical policies for regional development planning in accordance with the strategic plans established by the regional government.
Planning, guidance and control of technical policies in the areas of planning, control and evaluation of regional development, government and human development, economy and natural resources as well as infrastructure and regional affairs.
Implementation of technical policies for planning, controlling and evaluating regional development.
Implementation of technical government policies and human development.
Implementation of economic and natural resource technical policies.
Implementation of infrastructure and regional technical policies
Implementation of evaluation and reporting in the areas of planning, control and evaluation of regional development, government and human development, economy and natural resources as well as infrastructure and regional areas.
Carrying out agency administration in accordance with the scope of its duties; And
The governor carries out other functions that are related to his duties.
