24 Hour Health Center Receives Bankeu IDR 95.4 Billion

Samarinda, 18/9/12. News bappeda.provkaltim.go.id The East Kalimantan Provincial Government has a very high commitment to the health of the people of East Kalimantan as proven puskesmas_24_jam_berau_news_18_sep_12_web_bppby providing financial assistance to Regency and City Governments throughout East Kalimantan for 4 years running from 2009 to 2012 reaching Rp. 95,387,370,000,- (ninety billion three hundred eighty seven million three hundred and seventy thousand rupiah) specifically for 24 hour Community Health Centers, with details of financial assistance in 2009 amounting to Rp. 16,787,370,000; financial assistance in 2010 amounting to Rp. 16.5 Billion; financial assistance in 2011 amounted to Rp. 28 billion and financial assistance in 2012 amounted to Rp. 34 Billion.

This was revealed during an evaluation meeting of financial assistance for Regency/City Governments throughout East Kalimantan in 2012 specifically for 24-hour Community Health Centers led by Assistant III, H. Sutarnyoto and accompanied by the Head of the Social Bureau, Irh.H. Syafrian Hasani, MM and Head of Human Resources Development, Drs. Hariyo Santoyo from 10.00 WIT until 13.00 WIT in the Propeda meeting room, East Kalimantan Bappeda Office, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda which was attended by approximately forty participants came from SKPD within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and Regency/City Bappeda throughout East Kalimantan as well as related SKDP within the Regency/City Government.

Each Regency/City receives financial assistance unequally in nominal value depending on the conditions and characteristics of each region, including the City of Samarinda receiving financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government amounting to Rp. 5.2 billion, including in 2009 Rp. 1.2 billion, in 2010 it was Rp. 1 billion, in 2011 it was IDR. 2 billion and in 2012 it was IDR. 1 Billion.

Meanwhile, the Balikpapan City Government received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for 4 years in the amount of Rp. 5.3 billion, with details in 2009 amounting to Rp. 1 billion, in 2010 it was IDR. 1.3 billion, in 2011 it was 2 billion and in 2012 it was IDR. 1 Billion.rapat_puskesma_-_asisten_3_sutarnyoto

The Bontang City Government received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for 4 years in the amount of Rp. 5.3 billion detailed in 2009 received assistance of Rp. 1.5 billion, in 2010 received assistance of Rp. 1 billion, in 2011 received assistance of Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 received assistance of Rp. 1 Billion.

Meanwhile, the Tarakan City Government received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for the next 4 years amounting to Rp. 6.5 billion with the following details, in 2009 received assistance of Rp. 1 billion, in 2010 received assistance of Rp. 1.5 billion, in 2011 received assistance of Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 received assistance of Rp. 2 Billion.

The East Kalimantan Provincial Government's financial assistance for the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government for the current 4 years is IDR. 6 billion, with details in 2009 receiving assistance of Rp. 1 billion, in 2010 received assistance of Rp. 1 billion, in 2011 received assistance of Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 received assistance of Rp. 2 Billion.

Meanwhile, specifically for the East Kutai Government, it received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for only 3 years, amounting to Rp. 6 billion, with details in 2010 receiving assistance of Rp. 1 billion, in 2011 received assistance of Rp. 2 billion, in 2012 received assistance of Rp. 3 Billion.

The West Kutai Government received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for 4 years amounting to Rp. 8 billion with details in 2009 received Rp. 1 billion, in 2010 received assistance of 1 billion, in 2011 received assistance of Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 received assistance of Rp. 4 Billion.

Meanwhile, the North Penajam Paser Regency Government received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for the past 4 years amounting to IDR 7 billion with detailed receipts in 2009 amounting to IDR. 2 billion, in 2010 received assistance of Rp. 1.5 billion, in 2011 received assistance of Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 received assistance of 1.5 billion.

For the Nunukan Regency Government, the East Kalimantan Provincial Government has provided financial assistance for 4 years in the amount of Rp. 7 billion with details in 2009 of financial assistance amounting to Rp. 1 billion, in 2010 financial assistance amounted to Rp. 1 billion, in 2011 financial assistance amounted to Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 financial assistance amounted to Rp. Billion.

Meanwhile, the Berau Regency Government received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for 4 years amounting to Rp. 8 billion, with details in 2009 receiving assistance of Rp. 1.5 billion, in 2010 received assistance of Rp. 1.5 billion, in 2011 received assistance of Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 received assistance of Rp. 3 Billion.

Meanwhile, the Bulungan Regency Government received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for 4 years in the amount of Rp. 6.5 billion, with details in 2009 receiving assistance of Rp. 1.5 billion, in 2010 received assistance of Rp. 500 million, in 2011 received financial assistance of Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 received assistance of Rp. 2.5 Billion.

The Malinau Regency Government received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for 4 years in the amount of Rp. 10 billion, with details in 2009 receiving assistance of Rp. 1 billion, in 2010 received assistance of Rp. 1.5 billion, in 2011 received assistance of Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 received assistance of Rp. 6 Billion.

Meanwhile, the Tana Tidung Regency Government received financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for 4 years amounting to Rp. 7.5 billion, with details in 2009 receiving assistance of Rp. 2 billion, in 2010 received assistance of Rp. 1.5 billion, in 2011 received assistance of Rp. 2 billion and in 2012 received assistance of Rp. 2 Billion.

The largest financial assistance for Community Health Centers in 24 Municipal Districts in East Kalimantan over the last four years was the first for Malinau District amounting to IDR. 10 billion and the two districts of Berau and West Kutai each received IDR. 8 billion, and the three districts of Tana Tidung, Nunukan, and Penajam Paser Utara, each received financial assistance of Rp. 7 Billion.

Specifically for the 2013 proposal, the East Kalimantan Provincial Government has prepared a financial assistance budget for Regency/City Governments throughout East Kalimantan for 24-hour Puskesmas programs and activities amounting to Rp. 34 billion, so the total for 5 years of financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to Regency/City Governments throughout East Kalimantan reached IDR. 129,387,370,000,-.
