Collaboration is the Key to Success

Samarinda, 7/22/15. Good collaboration is the key to success in every job and has become a demand for everyone and 2a._websitein the team in order to achieve the desired targets. This was stated by the Head of Bappeda for East Kalimantan Province, DR.Ir.H. Rusmadi.MS while chairing a staff meeting within the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda in the Regional Police meeting room on the 1st floor, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda.

The staff meeting on the first day of work after taking collective leave to welcome Eid al-Fitr 1 Syawal 1436 H was used as a gathering place between staff and echelon officials within the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda. Apart from gathering with staff and echelon officials within the East Kalimantan Bappeda, the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda also used the meeting opportunity to evaluate work results, especially the progress of implementing activities and targets that will be achieved this July at 41% with the current condition having reached 36%.

In evaluating performance results, each echelon III was asked by the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda to submit a report initiated by the Secretary, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Si then continued by the Head of Statistics and Development Control, Drs.H. Taufid Hermawan; next Head of Economics, Ir. Ujang Rachmad, M.Si; continued by the Head of Government and Apparatus Division, Siti Sugiyanti, SE., M.Si then the Head of Human Resources Development, Drs..H. Hariyo Santoso, followed by the Head of Regional Infrastructure and Development, Yusliando, ST and finally the Head of Regional Development Assessment and Financing, Ir.Hj. Farida Hydro Foilyani, M.Si. Meanwhile, at the echelon IV level, it was delivered by the Head of Finance Subdivision, Mohammad Iqbal, ST with important points including:

2. Based on information from the Governor of East Kalimantan that the SKPD has worked well and expressed his gratitude, including from the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province;
3. Based on reports that of the number of civil servants as many as 115 people and 5 CPNS people who have permission as many as 2 people (Ibnu and Yasin) and 2 people are sick, 3 people have study assignments;
4. The Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda said that it is necessary to pay attention to the financial and physical achievement target at the end of July of 41% and the current condition has been realized at 36%;
5. Everyone needs to care about cleanliness, don't just rely on cleaning staff;
6. Security officers need follow-up coordination in their duties and roles;
7. Office facilities to be considered in order to improve performance;
8. In accordance with the Governor's instructions to save electricity and water, it was conveyed to each sector and the secretariat to be responsible for who turns on the lights and air conditioning and ensures that all the lights are off when they return from work;
9. Auction packages that fail and must be repeated need attention and efforts to be made before they have been processed;
10. The green economy master plan is very important to receive attention;
11. Positive promoters are also important in order to increase development;
12. Land certification is very important and also receives attention from the Governor and national programs as well as the IPK (Corruption Perception Index) Survey program;
13. Poverty alleviation programs need coordination or internal meetings first;
14. One data one map needs serious attention;
15. Evaluate the RPJPD and RPJMD, please do so, but priority is given to the RPJPD;
16. The position of the East Kalimantan RPJMD for 2013-2018 provides an analysis;
17. The implementation of all tasks assigned to Bappeda must be in accordance with the main duties and existing regulations;
18. The 2015 revised RKPD to the East Kalimantan APBD is prioritized for completion before the 2016 KUA PPAS;
19. With regard to progress based on the 2015 TEPRA APBD, BAPPEDA of East Kalimantan Province is expected to be a pioneer and a good example in the progress of better financial and physical realization, because it is the spirit of other SKPD;
20. Outsorsing workers to help with work that cannot be done by civil servants.
